As part of our mission to help spread awareness of acceptance of differences in our communities, our Youth Development Team is an integral part of our organization. We believe our children are the future so they need opportunities to act on the things they have learned and grow their leadership skills as they will one day be leading their generation, hopefully with tolerance and acceptance. Throughout the year they are helping in every aspect of our camp, promoting Autism Awareness, as well as learning the steps to organize a large-scale event.

- Selling, preparing and serving Hawaiian Dinner plates for our Annual Dinner Fundraiser - all proceeds go towards funding the camp
- Approach 3 companies about sponsoring the Moving Mountains camps
- Approach 3 youth groups about volunteering at the Moving Mountains camps
- Coordinating registration forms for over 400 campers and volunteers
- Organizing all necessary documents needed for the camps
- Conducting training sessions for all volunteers, covering camp schedules and protocols as well as autism-related information and questions
- Setting up and breaking down all equipment at the venue
